If your question isn’t answered below, please speak to us directly.

Yes, you can use your preferred suppliers for the design and printing of your branding materials. However, please let us know your supplier's details in advance to ensure they meet our standards for installation times and logistical coordination.

Your basic stand package (shell scheme, pinnacle, and/or gazebo) includes 1 table and 2 chairs. If you need additional furniture or a custom setup, we recommend using our official suppliers for bespoke designs to simplify the process.

A basic electrical outlet is included in all standard packages (shell scheme, pinnacle, and gazebo). For any additional power, please fill out the attached electricity form.

The hotel offers general security services. But if you would like a personalized service for your stand, please fill out the attached safety form.

You can arrange for your material to be shipped and stored through Trade Service.

The airport transfer rate, including protocol for all delegates, is $50 per person/one way (day transfers) and $80 for night transfers.

The hotel will provide meal tickets for booth staff if needed. Please note that this service is available at an additional cost. Please let us know your requirements so we can place your order through the hotel and confirm the costs.

Shell Scheme, Gazebo, Pinnacle, and Raw Space packages are available, with details on dimensions, furniture, electricity, and name panels provided.
